387 Turtwig

Onto the 4th generation starters! ^^
For some reason I found Turtwig hard to draw >,< It's the shape of his head that's hard to get right.

So...who chose Turtwig as their first gen 4 starter? ( I didn't ;A; ) but I took him in a different file later on. I personally don't favour Turtwig because of his slowness, I was very much used to Treecko before. I really like the design of Torterra though :3
